I am really really upset. I have been completely overwhelmed. I've tried contacting EE for weeks and not been able to get through to anyone. They have now cut off my contract altogether and I can no longer access the live chat to speak to anyone. I need access to my phone tomorrow as I am away all day and now I am in a complete panic and have no way of getting in touch

I am really sorry you have been cut off and not able to use the 'message us' option in the app.
We have no account access on the community to contact you regarding the account and help you get the service re-instated. You would need give us a call, from any other phone or VoIP such as Skype and the team will help you further.

I am very sorry this has happened and you have been unable to get in touch.
Have you been cut off due to a late payment? Have you been trying to contact us in regards to the payment for the last few weeks?
If you have a pay monthly mobile contract, you can log into the EE app and select the Help section and when available a 'message us' option will show to message on our mobile guides.

Of course I have bloody well tried this. It was a late payment but have been trying to get in touch for weeks to tell you I would miss it. I have messaged numerous times on the live chat with no response. And now I can't get on it at all as you have cut me off. At least have the decency to unlock my account over the weekend so I can sort this out. It's absolutely unbelievable you don't know the stress you've caused
