Upgrade contract

Hi,how can i upgrade my contract for a new phone without flex payments,just to renew the contract,as is no option on the ee website or the app

Also depends what you mean by "renew the contract".

A new phone will come with a new plan, and FlexPay is the default. CS may be able to offer a traditional plan as per the previous answer.

Otherwise buy your chosen phone outright SIM-free.
