I have direct debit set with ee . And all sudden they took 70 pound out of my account. And top the app is not even working what are they playing at no one answer the call either I can’t even see why they charged me that much

Have you checked your bills in your My EE account? Is there one that is higher than normal? If so, it should explain on there why it is.
