Hi I have paid my bills yet account showing arrears, anyone else having same problem?

Welcome to the community.

If you've made a payment at the end of January which isn't showing against your EE account, I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so this can be looked into further.

@Linzi2898  You need to allow up to 24 hours for your account information to update.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

This was paid end of January
