I need my statements since April 2023. I can't find any options for downloading or saving them.

Log into your MyEE
Bills & Payments
then you can choose the month from there and download each one.
If you are hoping they have itemised billing they won't unless you pay for itemised biilling and then it will only come in effect from time you start paying for it not passed bills

I need statements from 2023 but I can only download from the last 12 months on the site.
How can I get older statements?

Hi @ECB4 If you'd like to get historic bills greater than 12 months, you'd need to give our billing team a call.
To speak to a billing guide, you'd just need to dial 150 from an EE phone or 07953 966 150 from any other device.

I spent many hours with someone over 2 weeks ago, after calling 150 but I
have still received nothing, I am still without my bills.
Can you help?

Did the team say they were sending the bills in the post?
We don't have access to accounts here, so if you've not received anything yet, I would recommend giving the team another call so they can check if they have been sent and if they have, that the address details are correct.

Thanks I appreciate your help but this has been hopeless.
I cannot get them to understand that I just need my bills to be sent by
email for my accounts.
The time spent trying to get something so simple is excruciating.
Is there a complaints department?

I can understand where you are coming from @ECB4.
Generally our team aren't able to send the bills by email, so it would be by post.
If you give the team another try to see if they can send them out, and if you are still not satisfied, they can get a complaint opened and escalated for you.
