My monthly bill payment is only supposed to be £107.00 and they have charged me over £100 more. 

Can anyone give me advice or a bit of help to get the money back that was overcharged?

Can someone please tell me how i can claim a refund on the overcharged amount that was not supposed to be on the bill?

Have you checked the breakdown of your bill in the bills and payments section of the My EE app?

yes i have checked the breakdown of the bill and it doesn’t seem to make sense or add up.

i have been billed £164.21 extra of my normal bill amount taken each month. How can i get that extra charge amount back and is there a fraud contact number that is 24/7?

@serenmai123   You need to call customer services about this or you could post an image of your bill breakdown on here for us to see.    Remove all personal details before you do this.   Ie. Name, phone numbers, address.

i have been overpaid on my phone bills with the charges in september was £249.78 but the bill was only supposed to be £140.99 so there was £115.77 extra overpaid charges and the october bill was £271.21 and the bill was only supposed to be £111.80 so there was £159.41 extra charges. so the total of £271.21 of extra charges.  How do i get the amount of money that what overcharged on 2 bills refunded, returned or charged back into my account. 

@serenmai123 Have you looked at your bill breakdown?  If not I recommend you do that to see why you’ve paid this much.  If it still doesn’t look right you need to call customer services about this.
