I have recently taken out a contract that is £58 per month and paid £30 upfront. My first bill information has become available and is saying I will be charged £88 for extra cost, I don’t understand what it is I’ve used used as I’ve barely had the phone off my WiFi since getting it and have unlimited data/text/calls?

@Francescagray  your first bill includes the time you had the device before the bill was generated and for the month ahead.  You pay pro rata. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
