My contract changed at the end of October to a sim only and I applied EE Perks discount on the 2nd Nov to my account of two handsets codes:-

and it seems the discount has not been applied to my account please could you issued new discount codes or advise.

@Vickster10 To have discount applied after you have the contract you have to call customer services you can not do this yourself.

How is it possible to apply a discount code to an a/c? They can only be applied when ordering something.
