What do you mean by a revised bill? Do you have a query with your current bill - if so, any corrections will usually be actioned on your next bill.

yes i have a query with my bill. i now have only 1 line with ee instead
of 2 but ee insist i have to pay for the 2 cancelled lines in
advance.....???

Hi @hutch23

You pay for each of your lines for the month in advance. If they are cancelled during that period, you will receive a refund for line rental on the following bill.

Did you actually cancel the unwanted line by giving 30 days notice to CS?

If your bill has already been posted you won't now get a revised bill. Any errors in it, when corrected, will generate a refund in your next bill.

Hi @hutch23,

Did your 30 day notice period end before your bill was produced?
