Billing issue

Hi 

I am paying 5 odd pounds extra on my bill.

I called in some time ago regarding the issue and I was told that it was not on EE's side and that they can not do something about it as it was a subsection of some sort on the phone, i checked on the phone when I got home as it's my wife's phone and there was non.

I need help to get this sorted out please.

Any charges outside of your normal bill will be itemised on your bill. If this is a service outside of EE then you'll need to contact that service provider to cancel.
