Hi Guys,
Its now 2 months since I have been able to view our business billing statements, when clicking the 'Billing & Payments' it looks like its taking me to the correct page then it just turns out to be a black EE screen.
I have tried numerous different internet browsing options, but I am at a loss now. Our account department requires copies of these for reconciliation.
Any help will be much appreciated.

We know how important it is for you to be able to view your bills, so I can understand how concerning it must be for you to be having trouble with this.
I'd recommend reaching out to our business team and they will be happy to take a look, and get to the bottom of why this is happening, as well as discuss options for you to view these as soon as possible.
