Hi, just checked I have been billed twice for my EE device and now EE want me to pay my phone bill too.. The app isnt working, the website barely, have requested a call back, and also I cant find a way to claim the free galaxy ear buds.
Has anyone any suggestions? I dont usually have any problems, hence my 2nd post since 2019.

@m3uhq The app is working for me. Have you tried clearing the device history and cache?
If you have a flex tariff you do get 2 bills one for the airtime and one for the device.
