Changing payment date

Hi I’m with Bt and I was told that they have merged with ee. Bt have now put me with EE and I’ve noticed that my usual direct debit payment date has changed from the 14th. With EE the bill will be generated on 15th and come out on the 23rd-24th. I want to change my billing date back to the 14th how it normally was with BT. Will I get charged for changing the date?

You can change your payment date under Bills & Payments > Manage Direct Debit.

Hi, I’ve tired all week now to change my direct debit pay date and all the time it’s saying service unavailable try again later

I'm sorry you are having trouble doing this online. I'd recommend giving our team a call on 150 so they can make this change for you and check everything is set up correctly to allow you to make changes through your online account.
