I called ee last friday to discuss my bill this month. I have got a mobile and a 5g box. Currently i’m paying £62 for the mobile line (which is a joking as I started paying £55 when i bought my device), the man at the shop where i bought the 5g box said that i would have to pay £50 to take it home and the next bill would be £45 every month. I just checked my bank app and ee is charging me £87 for the 5g box and i would like to know why is that. Also when i called last friday the agent said that he’s was taking £30 off my bill and clearly he’s not.

Where is the live chat? I’m hard of hearing and I don’t want to have to call every time I need help.
