i am in dispute because i want to lower my plan but ee dont want to know!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you are outside of your minimum contract term then you can downgrade your plan.  Are you outside of your minimum term?

@nicho1966  If your still within your contract period then you can not lower that tariff.  The contract that you agreed to is for that amount over that contract period.  You are not able to lower the tariff cost until you are within the standard upgrade period and that’s 45 days before your minimum term.       There is no dispute as you just con not lower a tariff whilst in a contract period as your trying to change the T&Cs of that contract that you agreed too.
