Hi all I paid my bill on 10 march and I received a text ee asked me to pay again, connection is working very bad.. Why?

Welcome to the community,

Are you on pay as you go or contract?

If on contract, did you set up a direct debit? If so, then paying your bill close to the payment date, would not stop the payment being taken. What exactly did the text say? Was it letting you know that the payment will be taken by direct debit as that is normal, to let you know?

Hi i paid by bank transfer on 10th March as ee sent me a text sure ee needs to wait tomorrow or Tuesday to have my money
