Why have I got an email saying I’ve not paid my bill

I can imagine it's concerning when you've received an email saying that you've not paid your bill.

I'd recommend checking the sender's email address, just to make sure that the email is a genuine email from EE.

If the email is a genuine EE email, I'd recommend giving us a call, then a guide can get this looked into for you.
