Hi there,
I recently got my phone and have paid my initial bill but now it’s asking me to pay a new bill and when i check it, it says it’s due in december, but keeps charging me even though my regular bills don’t come till near the end of the month.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Hi @JibranA
If you have taken a new mobile phone contract using Device Finance you'll have two separate payments to make each month- one for the airtime plan and the other is for the device. Please make sure both are being paid.
You can find out more on our Flex Pay Explained | EE page.
To make things easier, you can set up both payments to be taken by DirectDebit, and request that both payments are taken on the same date each month.
If you already have DirectDebit set up, please check that the payments have not bounced by your bank.

@JibranA : You do realise that you pay your bills a month in advance?
