   Not paying your bill you have broken the T&Cs of the contract that you agreed too. EE have only done what they said will happen if you don’t pay on time.     If you can not pay your bill on time you have to inform EE of this before you are billed so something can be arranged before hand.       

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
