I tried paying my bill online and got an error message, then tried again and it went through. When checking my bank account it shows the payment has gone through twice. How can I get this sorted ASAP because I need that 2nd payment back to pay other bills.

Both are showing pending.

Hi @Genjod,
Only the successful payment will be debited from your account. Please contact your bank for information on how long they withhold pending payments from your balance.
