Hello I have been having real trouble getting in touch with ee to pay a bill and now they want to terminate my service and charge me for the whole contract period. I am on hold to the customer service for hours at a time and i even went in to the ee store and they couldnt helop me either. why on earth can you not email to explain your situation and get help?

@emmajoughin there is no email address because emails are too slow to deal with customer issues. You can use THIS to make a payment. But if EE wants to terminate your contract and I’ll request you to pay off the remaining term of that contract you’ve missed more than one bill, if you’re having issues paying your bill on time then you need to call customer services before you start missing payments.
