I messaged EE again yesterday as my billing is still not correct.  They told me that I would get refunds and discounts, and my bill would reflect this within the hour.  However we're now a day later, it's still not rectified.

Any tips on how I can contact a Manager?

I've now got a text through saying I'm getting charged £12 a month extra for Tech add on - I don't want this and am already getting billed for it.  That's one of my issues.

I've put in a complaint form.

Any idea how long I have to wait for a reply?  Your messaging service is very poor just now.
