Has anyone else tried to pay a mobile bill only to find it already marked as paid?

@TedNicholl Have you been billed yet ? As it will still show last months bill as paid. You’re billed every 30 days so it can change.

Yes have been 'billed'. Happy to send you the screen print of the invoice for December and the screen summary both of which show December invoice has been paid. Seems EE has a computer system glitch.

Just logged into myee at 16.06 and clearly shows 'paid'. Last month's bill wasn't same as the figure shown either.

No. Monthly by credit card. Better deal than a DD.

I tried 150 on 24th but got pushed to a new automatic system, this refused to recognise me. Boring and such a bad service. However, on line chat, name showed as Basrah, tried to help and today invoice has been reissued correctly and I have paid.
Marks out of 10 for this month? 2 if I'm feeling generous.
