My contracted ended since 24th of june ive still been billed the same amount for july,

in addition i called yesterday to rectify that issue nowni cant make any calls to anyone

Did you request to change the plan when you called or cancel the contract? 

Can you send texts and use data?

So my contract had finish, so I requested a sim only contract same number, im getting data still from the same number

These mobile contracts don't just end, just the min. term expires. They are not fixed term contracts. After the min. term they just carry on at the same price on a rolling 30-days' notice basis until you explicitly cancel, upgrade or port your no. away.
