I have recently joined EE via pay as you go. I transferred over to contact as I was offered a good deal. I was told the payg payment I just made would be credited but instead I have been overcharged for my first month! I called and told I would get a credit for both but nothing yet still been applied and when I log on the account online to look at my account I am constantly being asked to link my mobile phone then being told it already exists!!! This is unbelievably frustrating

@mya1571 Your first payment will be the few days you had the contract before your first bill was generated and for the month ahead so you pay a little more on your first payment. Any credit on your account from the PAYG top up will go towards your first bill. But your first bill will show the full costs of that payment.

You need to call CS to delete your old PAYG MyEE a/c & then you can set up your new contract MyEE a/c afresh, using the same mobile no. & email addy if desired. You can't mix them under MyEE.
