So I recieved my monthly bill at the end of the month and it seems there was multiple charges which added up to £230 going around an asking I found it was my little brother who used my mothers phone which is also on my own name and bill to authorise mobile billing through apple App Store and then proceeded to make all of these purchases, I have already gone through apple to make a refund but has been declined, which is extremely frustrating seeing that it was completely unauthorised.

Unauthorised by Whom?, if you are the Account Holder and Bill Payer and hold multiple Numbers on your Account which includes your Mothers Phone, then surely you are in charge of your Mobile Account and are the authorised person that is responsible for any Charges that are incurred or charged to your Account.
As the Named Account Holder its up to you to ensure any over spending is capped or put on safe or comfortable limits on your Account, whilst I sympathise with your dilemma, I really do, we have all been there at some point and 230 quid is a lot of money, it could have been a lot worse, maybe now is a good time to re address your Spend limits, Roaming activity, Premium Numbers and any other potential surprise costings and put tighter overall controls in place.

I would suggest speaking to our Mobile Care team to discuss these charges and help you add some extra protection from this in future.
