Why does EE keeping demanding money from an 86 year widow when her husband has just died. The bills just keep on coming despite numerous calls to the bereavement team. It is totally unacceptable in my opinion. She is in bits and keeps getting letters demanding money. How despicable

@MrsMac2 : Sorry to hear of her loss but has anyone on her side offered to EE to take over the a/c or instructed EE to cancel it?
