Hi @Woody111

Welcome to the Community.

Have you had a chance to call back to Customer Service for an update on the merge, and if they are now able to reset your online access for full bill details?

We don't have account access here so would be unable to check for you.

Hello.

Yes had call back and was told would take 7 Working days to reset merge or whatever they’d like to call it.

have tried again this morning, but no joy doesn’t recognise me when I first queried it didn’t even have my mobile number to my account.

Was looking into a TV package with EE but how can you trust them if you can’t see your details?.

Will try daily to see if I can get my details, they are 4 days into correcting ,The app also can’t see my details using their website as well.

So when I’m asked have you done all I can my end the answer is YES,

At the moment waiting for someone to press correct buttons there end.

OR, is it the system is NOT UP TO IT, be honest EE to your customers.

Just come off 150 yes that number.

Just like to track my money I’m giving EE,

Been told having to wait till the 2nd for confirmation of my account being sorted as it in with the backroom staff IT.

SO, in limbo until then, wait and see.

My end is correct, In EE hands.
