Be careful when upgrading

Recently upgraded my phone.  Was on a Full Works plan that provided me with Microsoft 365 package, Apple Music and XBox Game Pass.  Was promised everything would reman the same, however this unfortunately is not the case,.  Microsoft 365 is no longer available as a perk (but is on the lower all rounder tariff??) and now can't even use the others like i used to I can only use one at a time and need to request to switch it everytime.  This should of been explained to me especially when I asked over n over that everything would definitely remain as was.   Called customer services but other than apologise and offer me to send trhe phone back, nothing they could do.  Been totally mislead. Absolute Joke

@SuperBow  Then use the cooling off period of your that unhappy with it. 
EE changed how this works now quite a while ago.  It’s one benefit at a time.    I’ll hazard a guess that you took out your old contract just before it did change as it was that long ago now.
