I paid my plan and flexi plan and is shows paid but the balance is still showing an equivalent of a month and a half on the balance. I have spoken to chat 4 or five times and they have said not to worry and that my account is up to date. I have tried to see what it shows on the EE website but I only get BLOCKED message. Seems like a big issue on EE’s side but just wondering if anyone else has come across something like this?

@Bazwoldartist Have you gave it 24 hours to update? I paid off my flex tariff it still shows on my online account that it’s ends in a few months time but on the app it shows as closed and fully paid off. If i go digging through my online account it does show as paid off. Provided customer support says it’s paid then it’s paid and you need to allow time for the account to show this, around 24 hours
