Baffling suspension notice

Have received a suspension notice by post for an unspecified EE mobile number because of a supposedly unpaid £10 bill. Logging in online gives me no information about this.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
