Have been moved from BT to EE and BOTH appear to be billing me for the same period tjis month. The upgrade and move has been a nightmare. Going to ombudsman tomorrow

@AB1957 why not just give customer services a call first?
Sometimes it just takes a quick adjustment to either explain what has happened and/or to get it fixed.
It is likley the first thing the ombudsmen will suggest.
