Automatic refund

Hello

Will a refund be automatic when my devices have been suspended for the last few weeks? I haven't been able to use the network whilst EE suspended server so assuming they will refund half of the bill for the month for that period of time.

@luceffc25   What’s been suspended ?   What devices ?


If it’s more than one device it’s sounds like your bill hasn’t been paid so your service is suspended for none payment.   

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Welcome to the community,

Why was your account suspended? If it was for nonpayment, then no, as that is down to you to make payments on time.

If it is a network problem where you are, if you have fixed broadband, then you can use wifi calling, which all modern phones now have, just need to go to settings to make sure it is turned on, so no, they will not refund you, all networks will work on the same principal, not just EE, so depends why you were not able to use the network, as to whether you get a refund, but you would have to speak to customer service, as there is no account access here in the public forum and we have no idea who you are either.
