Hi guys. Is it true that the cost of contracts is going up by 14.4%?. What options do we have as I know this isn't EE's fault but it's too much! Can we leave early or negotiate the contracts?

It's in the T&C's you signed up to - see Mobile CPI plus price changes. Being contractual you have no option to leave early FoC.
Everybody on contract has been / will be getting them in next few weeks.
