EE is a scam, they've been charging an extra £35 a month for the past year for a phone that's been paid off. If you miss a single message from them that's the repercussion. They refused to offer a full refund, glad we could donate to a useless charity! Wouldn't bother contacting customer service, the people at the bottom don't know what they're saying, and the people at the top think that to pacify an angry customer you act patronisingly.

@Wrightwendywoo : EE's traditional mobile contracts have no concept of paying off the handset. You agreed to pay the same price for the full duration of the total bundled contract. There will however be a 10% discount 3 months after the end of min. term. You may always choose to upgrade your contract to a cheaper SIM-Only contract from the last 30 days of your contract term.
