Amend my upgrade

How on earth do I get to speak to someone regarding my upgrade 

I need it amending or cancelling altogether but after 3 days of trying I’ve lost the will to live 

messsge is a 4 hour wait and still nothing after 6 hours 

call 150 just puts it back to app then nothing 

any help greatfully received

@1goldwing0 , when you ring customer service, press 1 and then 2, should get you through to customer service.

Didn’t work something called visual chat then sends a text message with a link to app the nothing

If you're getting the option for our visual service, you can also press 2 to bypass this. 

It will then give you the options that @Schockwave mentioned, and you'll be good to go from there!

That didn’t work either I’m afraid 

I’ll just wait till it turns up then return it and start again

Finally spoke to someone using the 08009566042 and all sorted with a discount
