I have a scheduled payment for Amazon Prime on 5th July that I don’t want to pay. I don’t remember signing up for this and when I go on my Amazon account it directs me to EE. I’ve checked my EE account and can’t find any reference to a Prime benefit or subscription so I can’t cancel it. Any ideas? Thanks

Hello @EmmaCollins88 ,
Welcome to the community,
I would suggest you ring customer service and speak to them about this,,although I believe this has nothing to do with EE, there is no Amazon Prime there, have just taken a look.
Amazon usually allow you a month free for shopping, not sure about TV, then warn you you will be charged to use prime at a monthly flat rate. This you should normally be able to cancel by logging into your Amazon account, so not sure what else to advise.

According to Amazon just follow these steps!

It's easy to end your Amazon Prime membership, or cancel your free trial.
You can end your Amazon Prime membership, or cancel your free trial to ensure that it doesn't convert to a full Amazon Prime membership.

EE do have an Amazon Prime Video Add-on on EE if that's what you are referring to.
Who are you making payment to, EE or Amazon?

Thanks for this. I’m making payments to Amazon but can’t cancel it in the normal way because my Amazon account directs me to EE. I agree I don’t think it’s an issue with EE so going to take it up with Amazon
