All products missing from app and website??

I've been trying to view my bill, but when I log in to my account online I get a generic welcome page, the manage option on the app shows absolutely no products (I have 2 contracts) and when I click the link to pay my bill through the app it says that it can't find it. 

The only thing that has changed was I called to cancel a broadband order, but since then I can't access my details whatsoever.

I need to pay my bill but I don't have an option to?

Welcome to the EE Community

If you were previously able to view your accounts online but now are no longer, try linking them up again my logging in and going to your profile and then selecting Link a product.

If you are unable to link your products this way I would recommend giving our technical team a call so they can check your account and help get it sorted.

If you did want to make a payment in the meantime, our help page has some information on the methods other than the website or app, that you can use to pay your bill.
