  • Ee messaged me to say that a new agreement was in my ee.

I am presuming this is to sign or read and tick.

Where would I find this.ive looked everywhere.

Yes. I have just upgraded and the first time with dual payments. My order has not been finalised but the update to plan has been. Is this flexpay

Thanks, if you have a separate payment for billing and the device this is Flex Pay @Tracey692 

Can you view the documents in your My EE online account then Bills and Payments, at the bottom left?

All I can see in billing and payment is my last month's bill. No attachment nothing at bottom of screen
