I am presuming this is to sign or read and tick.
Where would I find this.ive looked everywhere.

Yes. I have just upgraded and the first time with dual payments. My order has not been finalised but the update to plan has been. Is this flexpay

Can you view the documents in your My EE online account then Bills and Payments, at the bottom left?

All I can see in billing and payment is my last month's bill. No attachment nothing at bottom of screen
