Hello
I have 2 separate additional charges from 1/3rd party companies ine is Spotify but there is another charge of £3 - what does that relate to please?

You would have to look this up yourself, it should let you know.
If you are on contract, log into your account, check the breakdown of your bill, you can also check add-ons, it should let you know.
You can also speak to customer service, they can take a look for you.
