Hi @Mhh1,

Welcome to the EE Community

If you are looking to add a new payment card to your account, this can be done by logging into your EE online account and registering the new card when making a payment.

If you are on a Pay Monthly contract the instructions can be found here Changing Your Payment Method | Billing Help | EE
If you are on PAYG with a direct card payment subscription the instructions are here Setting Up Card Payments for Pay As You Go mobile | Billing Help | EE
If you are on PAYG and just topping up credit you can find instructions here How to top up a pay as you go mobile | Mobile Help | EE

Hi @Djwillmoulding

If you're looking to add a new payment card, please follow the instructions that @Alex_H posted above.

If your query is about something different, please give us a little more information and we'll do our best to help you.

Thanks 🙂

I tried to "Add a card" to my account but when I get to the 3rd step the Visa verification is blocked by:  Firefox, Opera, Edge, Chrome, all saying "ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CSP"  it seems that the 3rd party card verification is not loading. Maybe the ee.co.uk website hasn't kept up with current security, (which is ironic when the end of the card adding page says something about "taking security seriously".

never do any payment from my phone so I will not be "installing the EE app" just because your website needs updating.

Hi @TheAlexx

Welcome to the Community.

I'm disappointed to hear that you're having issues across various browsers like this. If you're not able to register your card online, you're very welcome to call our team directly, and they will be able to help further.

Thank you. I called 150 and he was able to add my new card.

I logged back into the website and had to navigate

https://ee.co.uk/mobile

click on "Manage" at the top, to expand a menu, then select "Bills & Payment" not "Plans & Subscriptions", which goes to

https://ee.co.uk/billing-payments

which redirects to https://ee.co.uk/bills-payments/mobile/your-bills

Then click "Manage payments" half way down the page

which loads https://ee.co.uk/bills-payments/mobile/direct-purchase

which shows the old expired card as still being selected. (Despite having a helpful large red, "This card has expired" under it. (Surely the radio button should be disabled for an expired card?)

I used the radio button to select the new card and clicked: ( Next )

which took me to a confirmation page, (like the one I spent a day on trying to add my card), at

https://ee.co.uk/bills-payments/mobile/direct-purchase?fa=dpChangeCardChooseCard

Where I clicked: (  Confirm  )

I then recieved a helpful confirmation SMS to my phone letting me know that I had made that change... but when I logged back in 10 minutes later the radio button was back on the expired card!

The 150 phone support was excellent, but the UX/UI of the website... could be better.

Now I just wait for the end of the month to see if the ee system tries to use the correct card or if my phone gets cut off.
