How long ago did you make the payment?
The bar can take up to 24 hours to be removed after the payment has been made.

This morning… I have no service when not on wifi and cannot get through to anyone at EE on the phone.. I’ve been trying all day.

It sends me to payment option and then through to talk to someone… I sit on hold for ages then it cuts me off
