Hi I’ve paid my bill and I’m still suspended, how to lift the bar please

How long ago did you make the payment? 

The bar can take up to 24 hours to be removed after the payment has been made.

I use my phone for work and it’s vital I can make calls as I am lone working with high risk males. Please can it be lifted asap. I have paid

This morning… I have no service when not on wifi and cannot get through to anyone at EE on the phone.. I’ve been trying all day. 
please can you lift the bar? I rely heavily on my phone for work.

It sends me to payment option and then through to talk to someone… I sit on hold for ages then it cuts me off 

It’s come out of my account so it’s been paid
