My account has been suspended although it is not due to be paid for another month days, I don’t currently have the funds to pay my bill until the day before the billing date, I am currently away in Greece with no way of contacting ee I have been attempting to connect to an agent on the live chat for over an hour but have had no success. I had no warning that my account would be suspended and my benefit on my plan is free roaming

@C93X122 : What makes you think your a/c is suspended? Is it just that you've been unable to use your SIM in Greece?

@C93X122 , there is a free number you can call using Skype, which you will find by clicking on the contact Ee at the top of this page or by looking @XRaySpeX, who wrote in this thread, the number is there, as you will need to speak to them to sort this out.

Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.
