@Kimberley91  how do you normally pay your bill ?  If it’s by DD and you have paid via other means the DD will still be taken as it’s an automated process once you are billed and you can not pay a different way.   Your payment has now been placed on your account to be taken when you are billed again.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

If it's been bounced back to your bank a/c then your bill has probably not been paid. You should check with CS.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Home Broadband & Home Phone or Option 2 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

I usually pay on the app every month, no DD is on my account. So very unusual as why it’s bounced back

Hi @Kimberley91

Where did you see that the payment was returned? Was it with your bank?

This sometimes happens to me if my payment isn't successful. It shows an amount going out, then going back in again. I would recommend following @XRaySpeX's advice and speak to our Mobile Care team.
