Account diversion

HI guys,

I don't know if this will make sense but I'm wondering if there i anyway of splitting people from my account for them to make their own account and still keep their phone numbers?

My 2 (now) adult kids are on my account but I'd like them to set up by themselves - but obviously they'd both like to keep their phone numbers. One EE assistant in my local shop told me they'd have to leave for a month and come back. Is there really not just an easier way to do it?

Many thanks

What you're asking for can easily be achieved by a legal change of ownership - the process is outlined under "transfer to a friend, colleague or family member" on https://ee.co.uk/help/profile/manage/change-my-account-in-the-case-of-a-life-event?

Assuming the proposed new account holders pass the required credit check, be aware that any multi-line discounts associated with these numbers would be lost. Also the ability to share data between multiple users on the same billing account, is also lost when the billing account is no longer shared.
