Hi, I’ve recently rejoined EE 6 weeks after leaving last year, so far I have contacted EE customer support on 5 different occasions to sort out my account as every time I log in either via the app or website all it says is my account is closed. During the conversations with support they have erased my EE ID on several different occasions and I resigned up again but each time it’s the same result. The last time I spoke to them (yesterday) I was put through to technical support level 2 (🤷‍♂️) and all I was told is my account is linked correctly but I’m unable to see it and there is nothing they can do as it’s an error on their side. How is this even possible if they can see it’s linked up properly? The main issue I have now is I was hoping to take out a safer sim as we are getting my daughter her first mobile this Xmas but I’m unable to checkout as each time I try it says unfortunately we are unable to log you in at this time) am I better off just leaving EE because this is unacceptable

I'm disappointed to hear how many times you've had to ring the team to try and get this sorted, and I'm so sorry this isn't yet resolved for you. 

I think the best thing to do now is Fill out our complaints form, and the team will get back to you directly within 7 days. I'm really confident they'll be able to help further and make sure you get the access you need.
