Having the same issue.
Spoken to 2 people using the guide both said will be re conatcted within 72 hours and nothing yet, both have exceeded the 72 hours told.
Cant dont have anything in store.
Mondaybis my last day to have it sorted or i will go to another provider. Trying to stay loyal to EE as never had any issues
