My payment was made in full on the 5th June. The account was cancelled on 13th June and further payment was made to cover the contract term. I was told that no other payment would be due and my account was now fully closed. On the 26th June another payment was taken from my bank account. I've tried all customer service contact numbers but can not get through to talk to anyone.
I would appreciate any help/advice with this problem as it stands I'm £1000+ out of pocket

You will need to get in touch with customer service who will be able to advise further. We cannot access your bills on the community forum.
There should be a 'Start Conversation' button on the page where you can talk over live chat.
